Clean, modern, tram stop across the street. Bakery across street. No AC. Kept window open on hot July night and was too noisy from the traffic. Other than AC, really nice place to stay.

Hotel is very well situated. Only thing not to my satisfaction is that i searched for a hotel with parking. Not only parking was not available as the area the hotel is located is extremelly difficult in terms of parking. Very good hotel in general (breakfast is amazing) but needs to review the free parking advertisement with a mention of at least the numbernof available spaces.

Perfect room for our family of five. Two separate rooms and beds. The staff was super friendly and the hotel in an excellent location. Short drive to and from the airport. Great hotel with amazing rates.

Near everything pubs restaurant transport clean places friendly local people no worries about any thing was easy to get into town and airport by taxi had good parkcfor children to play

Easy tram connection to main rail station and city centre. Noisy trams right outside your window. Wakened up every night with noisy people returning to their room at 2.30am. Shower poured water on to bathroom floor and flooded the bathroom each time it was used.

Very clean but small room, good value for money. EXCEPT the room was next to reception, without any intervening door (fire regulations?) and the morning staff were noisy. I don’t appreciate a television being switched on loud at 6am! So make sure your room is not on Floor 1, you should then be OK.

Amazing Hotel!
My stay was amazing! The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location was convenient lot of restaurants and shops. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I definitely book again for my next trip! Good Job hotel am Spichernplatz!

Good stay
Good room, a little outside the centre but easily accessible via tram. There is a little traffic noise but this didn't bother me. Close to supermarket, takeaways etc.

Nice and Comfortable hotel
We stayed there 1 night while we looked around in Dusseldorf. The room was nice, clean Seemed new. It had a kettle and 2 small bags of espresso for the morning. We didn't have any problem with the room. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. And it's 10minutes from the old town by tram!:)

Rooms are tiny, wifi didnt work in room but did in lobby...all english channels did not work. You can find a more comfortable place in Dusseldorf for a few dollars a night more.

Serviceable Hotel with excellent staff
Rooms are small and you will not want to spend much time in them but this was perfect for a conference. Location is good--right at a streetcar stop--and the breakfast was good.

Small rooms, but clean. right on a corner where two trains pass. Very loud late at night and early in the morning. Good breakfast. Staff couldn't tell me much about the surrounding area (nearest store, post office, atm...) Nothing to brag about.

only stayed overnight - late in (00.00) early out (06.30) Tram stop directly outside window - but other rooms would be away from this. Room small but clean. ( Typical low cost German hotel) OK for a couple of nights if location is ok for you.

an excellent choice for business trip
Hotel is very good for our trip. The only disadvantage is the size of the rooms. Otherwise its good in terms of room cleaness, food, comfort, and connections to trains, airport, and city central

Excellent no nonsense hotel. Rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily.Taxi or tram ride to the old town ( 10 mins ) and we walked it one day stopping for a beer or two on the way.Cheap and very cheerful hotel excellent value for money

The person on reception was cold and not helpful. When we had water coming down from the room above, he told us he would have the maintenance people service it in the morning. we insisted he deal with the problem NOW and he offered us another room which was smaller and poorly lit The cab fare here is 25 to 30 euros from the airport and when we asked about taking a bus to the airport the next morning we were told it was too difficult and they would call a cab for us. When we insisted on taking a bus,they gave us directions that involved a very simple 3 min walk and cost only 2.5 euros. The rooms are clean and modern in this older hotel. Restaurant was reasonable but food only so so. Nothing of interest in the immediate area.

Poor front desk service but room was nice
The front desk clerk did not smile. She was stone-faced and rude to us, barely answering our questions or even looking at us. Along with that, our room was not yet ready and we had to wait about 20 minutes even though we were well past the check-in time of noon! It was 3:45 before we got taken to a room. And then we took a cramped elevator and got out and walked down a dark hallway and through a set of doors where we had to walk up a spiral staircase to our suite. But our room ended up being very nice & spacious, so I'm not sure if they upgraded us due to the inconvenience or what. So everything was fine once we actually got our room but first impressions are lasting, and your front desk clerks set the tone. We enjoyed the balcony on our room even though it was a chilly evening. Beds were comfortable. Pretty far to the city center via walking.

Everything was good, except for parking place, I missed . On the net they offer you a free parking place, but it is not 100 % you will get it.
