The property sits on a 400 m² plot distributed over two levels. On the upper floor, there are three double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a comfortable living-dining room with views of the pool, mountains, and valley, and a full bathroom with bathtub.

The lower floor features three triple bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-living area with a fireplace, and a bathroom with shower. This level is fully accessible for guests with reduced mobility.

The swimming pool is available during the summer months (please ask for opening and closing dates).
Firewood is provided in winter and is not included in the rental price.
If the key is accidentally left inside the property during your stay and it is necessary for someone to come and provide access, a fee of up to €50 may be charged for the service. If, as a result of this situation, it is necessary to call a locksmith, the full cost of the intervention must be paid by the guest, in accordance with the invoice issued by the professional.
