    Tucked away in a hidden corner of the town centre of Saleres—one of the most iconic and authentic spots in the Lecrín Valley—is our Casa Balcón.

    Completely restored while retaining its authentic character, it features wooden beams and a terrace with beautiful views of Pico de Caballo, one of the highest peaks in the Sierra Nevada.

    Just a few metres away runs the GR-7 Trail, the longest hiking trail in Andalusia.

    The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Motríl and 30 minutes from the city of Granada.
    The space
    The master bedroom has a double bed with views of the village and the mountains.

    One of the other bedrooms has a trundle bed that unfolds into two beds (to accommodate two people while still providing personal space).

    The other bedroom has a single bed.
