Unique location unending sea views, one minute walk to the beach! Enjoy the sunrise overlooking the sea with a cup of coffee or the sunset with a glass of Cava. Spacious and light apartment located in the neighborhood of Velilla, Almuñecar. 1 minute walk to the beach. Enjoy, seeing and hearing the sea, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach all year round, hiking trails, water activities, snorkeling, swimming pool in the residence from mid-June to mid-September. Short walking distance from many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy and public transport. The space: Third floor apartment situated in a quiet building with a community pool. The sitting room features three windows with security glass, thermal break and sun treatment allowing you to enjoy incredible views. It also has a very comfy sofa and two armchairs. OK 45¨Smart TV and high-speed WIFI ideal for remote work or media content. Sea view dining table that seats 6. Two balconies with a table and two chairs overlooking the sea to savour breakfast, a snack or the sunset with a glass of wine enjoying the sea breeze. There is also an evening terrace with an outside table that seats 4 for "al fresco" dinners. It has 2 bedrooms that have blackout blinds to give you full privacy at bedtime. \- The twin bedroom has two single beds and two bedside tables with drawers and opens onto a balcony overlooking an ancient fortress and the beach of the Tesorillo which is beautiful when it lights up at night. It has an open wardrobe with wooden hangers, and air conditioning. \- The double bedroom has a queen bed (140cm) with two bedside tables with drawers. It has a side view onto the sea and opens onto the evening terrace. It has an open wardrobe with wooden hangers and air conditioning. The modern kitchen opens to the living room on one side and the terrace on the other. It is perfectly equipped: coffee maker, kettle, blender, juicer, toaster, refrigerator, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. In the bathroom there is a round window, a large mirror, sink furniture, a walk-in shower, a toilet, a set of towels, a floor carpet and hairdryer. Other things to note: Complementary beach towels. Suitable for children above 8 years old. The property is NOT ACCESSIBLE TO WHEELCHAIRS unfortunately, there are 7 steps to the entrance building , then a lift inside. FREE street parking just under the apartment from September 1 to June 30 (pay during Semana Santa & July/August). There is a covered private parking space available for 50€/week (paid in cash on arrival) 100 meters from the entrance to the building (in another building). Maximum space for VW Touran or similar. Cleaning and laundry carried out by a professional cleaning company on every booking with thorough disinfection of the entire apartment. RESPONSIBLE USE OF ELECTRICITY: the rental includes 40 euros/month. We took the risk an were not disappointed at all. The pictures are really authentic. Overall absolute great stay in this flat. Communication: Sarah is a lovely host and provided us from the very first moment with all necessary information (restaurants, markets nearby etc). Accommodation: spotless with a well equipped kitchen, nice livingroom and two nice bedrooms with roomy closets. 2 nice balconies and a big terrace with great view on the sea. Pool area: was very nice, however, as the nice beaches around are so close (2 min walk) , we never used it. Cleanliness: spotless Highly recommendable ##### gereon h.
