"I had such a wonderful stay at Arthurs from the moment I arrived. It is so stylishly decorated and my room was so beautiful and comfortable. The highlight of my stay, though, was Jill. She gave me the loveliest welcome and instantly made me feel at home. She went out of her way to get me sorted for breakfast, and did it all with such genuine friendliness and kindness.
