Comfortable beds large room. Good food Friendly helpful staff

We spent a couple of nights here when we were visiting relatives last week. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, while the foyer and various bar areas were welcoming places to relax with friends for a coffee or pint. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely view of the golf course from my room. Large TV screen making it easy to see from the bed. Large room and very comfy bed. All good.

I loved the bedroom and dining room. The style of decor was excellent and bedroom nice and dark. Food was fabulous very tasty and filling. Good choice of foofd at breakfast. You could choose your own omelette filliing and they were lovely. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The only problems were that the sink tended to block and phone didnt work.

Excellent hotel in an ideal location for access to most of Northern Ireland. Arrived off the ferry late to be met at reception with a smile and help to my room. The staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for you, from reception to the restaurant was first class. The food is well prepared and the portions are large, including the Ulster breakfast, which I struggled to finish. A friendly comfortable upmarket hotel with a very reasonable room rate. The Bar even stocks local Craft bottled beers from FARMAGGEDON, just 8 miles up the road.

Great hotel, great staff, great location. Only let down is the parking. Value parkings definition of 24hrs is "after midnight". So I you park at 11pm and pick your car up at 8am the next day.... boom....£17 with hotel discount. If The Flint negotiated a better deal for drivers using the car park, this hotel would beat all others. It's an amazing place to stay and feels like a home from home.
