"1. Booked a king room, got a queen room.
2. Room floor had dirt on it did not feel comfortable walking barefoot dirt clung to bottom of feet.
3. Toilet seat was falling off.
4. Show door did not shut so when we showered it ran out into the sleeping area.
Staff took my complaints and came and tightened my toilet seat. Stated they would refund the award points I used back to my account.
