"Was a beautiful room"

"The room had issues like the refrigerator not working and the ac not working properly. Staff was great to deal with considering how busy they were. 10 boys and girls soccer teams and University graduation happening. "

"Staff was great! The handle fell off the fridge when we got there and all the dishes were left in the dishwasher. There was only warm water for bathing no hot water. There were also no remotes for 1 of the TV’s and the fireplace didn’t work. Staff was great had someone out the next day to fix fridge handle and gave us remotes. I had high expectations at this point. I did see they discounted the 1st night stay."
