The property was very spacious. The views were very nice. It is boldly decorated but it is starting to show its age. In high winds the windows rattle and whistle. They insist this is normal in a high rise. The cleaning staff are not respectful of your space and privacy in any way. On top of this the rooms are just not cleaned to a standard of a hotel at this price point. This build up of dust in spaces that are not used frequently, stains on chairs, mattresses and footstool, peeling wallpaper. It was so bad both myself and my son suffered allergic reactions and had to be moved to another room. Gave up and moved to Haarhuis after a week.

Very cool hotel.
I love this hotel. Everything about it is right. The beds are heavenly and the service is great. Stayed here a couple times and does not disappoint.

Just what you expect from a Van der Valk hotel. Spacious rooms, great bathrooms, with plenty of parking and fast wifi (over 100mbps). The food is also really good and the staff are friendly.

The hotel is really comfortable for a stay. I was there for work but I imagine that it will be very pleasant to stay there for vacation. There is a nice restaurant at the hotel for those who would like to stay in and have a relaxed evening. The room is spacious with spacious bathroom as well. All in all, there is plenty of space to relax and have a good rest.

Massive rooms although it can feel rather empty. The hotel is located just off a motor way although you don`t hear any traffic noise. The restaurant is great, excellent food (big portions) and wonderful service

Excellent Hotel Near Arnhem
Very nice hotel with friendly efficient staff. Food was excellent and the room was very comfortable. Only slight gripe was that the towels are VERY small!

Fantastic Hotel.
This was my second stay at this hotel and I was not disappointed. The rooms are huge and come with whirlpool bath and separate shower. It's next to the motorway which is quite noisy but you cannot hear it when inside the hotel, and there is plenty of free parking both outside and under the hotel. There is a restaurant at the hotel which provides room service until 22:00 when the kitchen closes. The food is simply amazing, we had it every night it was so good. WiFi is free. Speed test showed 8Mbps upload and 4Mbps download but the hotel was very busy when I stayed and last time it was much faster but still perfectly usable even at the slower speeds. Staff are friendly too, and if you leave the Do Not Disturb sign on the door as the housekeeping come by they will leave a bag of fresh towels on your door handle which other hotels don't do.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Big rooms with large bathrooms. Excellent food and good service. Gym and pool well maintained. Only downside is its out of the way but great for getting onto the A12

Hotel Van der Valk Duiven A12
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and service very good. Some of the fixtures and fittings in the room were starting to show their age but the room was clean and the bathroom facilities excellent. All in all I enjoyed the stay and would stay there again with no question.

A nice Hotel, room was clean & staff were helpful & friendly.Good food in the restaurant. My European plug adaptor broke & they didn't have any in reception which was a pain. Top tip always bring a spare. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel. Enjoy!!!

Good situation right by the A12.
Stayed at this hotel for the 70th Airborne remembrance. A little out of the way but well worth it. The Hotel is excellent. Our party of 6 could not fault anything during or 3 night stay. Would definitely stay there again.

KLASSE ZEIT IN EINEM TOLLEN HOTEL
Vom Check Inn bis zum Check Out hatten wir eine tolle Zeit. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich, top motiviert und haben immer ein Lächeln parat. Die Superior Zimmer sind super groß und mit Boxspringbetten ausgestattet. Die Badezimmer haben neben einer großen Dusche auch noch eine sehr große Badewanne mit Whirlpoolfunktion. Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Fühstücksbüffet und das a la Card Essen im Restaurant waren spitzenklasse. Eine Rundum spitzenmässiger Aufenthalt, der keine Wünsche offen ließ.....Einfach TOP

Van der Valk Duiven is een prachtig hotel met een hele goede prijs kwaliteits verhouding. We heel jammer dat de balie medewerker in de lobby bepaald heel ongemanierd was. En dat hoewel er een behoorlijk goed gesorteerde boetiek is in de lobby dat deze kennelijk 's nachts niet alle producten mag verkopen. Mijn vrouw had een bepaalde creme vergeten mee te nemen, die kon ze pas in de ochtend kopen.
