The room was clean, the view from the room was fantastic. The reception staff were friendly and informative. The food in the restaurant was good. The location a bit off putting, a km uphill to catch bus or to try other restaurants.
The villas at Plat is right in between everything you need to visit in Croatia around Dubrovnik. The beaches are very accessible around the hotel. There are restaurants between five and 15 minutes walk. The pool is amazing. The staff was very kind and always helpful. It would be a no-brainer going back.

the property itself is really well located. The reason of very reasonable price is because the infrastructures are old ... the water in the pool is doubtful (so many kids floating around), the sunshades are very bad taste, the bathrooms/shower in the rooms are old. I think the staff is doing their best to make it decent which it is OK. Very practical to be close to the airport.

I had to kill at least 10 spider from ceiling before going to bed. No blanket at all . They had only one sheet . I called different number but phone was not working to ask for blanket . No shampoo and conditioner. We arrived midnight so nowhere was open to get the stuff . But the hotel by itself was in nice area next to ocean and view was beautiful
This is obviously an older hotel but it has been maintained and is quite clean. The pool is older but beautiful and the views are lovely. The staff was very helpful. Having a little market on site was very convenient. They made a recommendation for a restaurant off-site, that was within walking distance and very good. The room was large but sparse, yet very clean. There is no internet in the rooms. Although we also stayed at fabulous 5-star hotels on this trip, this hotel had the best shower in terms of water pressure. Overall, it was good. Conveniently located to the airport and reasonably priced.
The staff were outstanding, from the reception area to the pool bar and the mini mart everyone was helpful and polite. Thank you for making our short stay memorable. Sincerely, The Watkinson’s
Nice hotel, quiet location but easy to organise boat or bus for trips. Lovely breakfast in the tavern. Also bar with food and mini market for water, snacks etc. Would stay again. Me and my friend enjoyed our stay here.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The grounds were fabulous with gorgeous views. The rooms and restaurant were very dated in great need for updating. The restaurant food was too expensive for the quality. This resort has great potential for a new owner to renovate and bring it back to its original beauty.
Croatian staff not good smiling likeeast europian peoples but cleaning works and others very helpful its appriciate hotel excllent clean breakfest buffet not good its not enofut foods
This is a great hotel for low stress family vacations. It's made up of basic suites with balconies beautiful views of the Adriatic and a nice swimming pool. It's not very close to historic Dubrovnik but it's really more of a place for family fun. Very clean, basic suites, little playground and fun place to be for relaxation. Not fancy.
It was lovely. Great pool, beach access, close to airport, mini mart and restaurant good. Would definitely go back. Things to note…restaurant only takes cash and Wi-Fi does not work once you’re out of the restaurant area and up in rooms. Still worth the stay just plan accordingly. There is an atm on the premises.
Nice place in the peaceful area of Plat. If you don't have a car it's easy to get to places either by bus or taxi. Pool with bar and beach area with bar as well. You can also get water taxis to Cavtat and Dubrovnik from here. Also has on site restaurant. As others have said, it is cash only. So make sure you have plenty of euros. There is an ATM on site though. Overall very happy with our stay. Great staff 🙂
Had a pleasant stay. Liked the breakfast and beach access. Staff very helpful esp in the restaurant and also Reception. Rooms were very clean. Didn't use the pool. Rooms need to be equipped with a small microwave and of course wifi for travellers convenience thank you.
Check in was very quick and easy. However, they could not give any recommendations for airport transfers for the following morning at the front desk. The outdoor pool was wonderful to enjoy on a warm day. It has an amazing view over the water. No towels are provided. Spacious hotel room with basic bedding and towels. The bed was rock hard- which some people love! The bar in the middle of the property was a lively place in the evening with live music and decently priced drinks. Would stay again if in the area.
We had a nice stay at Hotel Villas Plat in Plat, Croatia. The property has a lot of potential and some really beautiful features, including an infinity pool and lovely beaches right on the property. The location is also great, especially if you want to be close to nearby towns like Cavtat and Dubrovnik while still staying in a quieter coastal area.
The breakfast was very good, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the natural surroundings and the convenience of having beach areas within the resort.
That said, there are a few things to keep in mind. There are no elevators, so carrying luggage up several flights of stairs can be difficult. You also need to bring your own pool towel, and the bar and restaurant on the property are cash only, which was a bit inconvenient.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it, especially for the beautiful location, beaches, pool, and friendly staff. With a few updates and improvements, this property could be truly excellent.
Loved the location as well as the infinity pool. You are close enough to the city to explore, but for enough away to enjoy the peace. I also loved the walking path to the beach and Italian restaurant down the beach.
The condition of the apartment was very good with great facilities and good finishes. It's a walkable distance from the seafront with lots of restaurants, bars and shops.
Loved our stay! The pool and beach access was fantastic and kids loved time in the water. Lots of hills on resort and around and bring cash as several of the restaurants and pool bars only took cash.
