Loved every bit of it. Staff was nice room was kept clean location was good. Recommend people going to and from airport at peak time to take metro from Business Bay station as freeways are heavily blocked during peak time.
The overall experience is good as the hotel upgraded me to a Deluxe Room; however I would like to see the hotel do some renovations since the hotel has aged a bit. The bar at Miss Wangs is very nice and accommodating. I hate that the Music Room went away.
Over all everything was good, love the intl breakfast buffet. The washer/dryer was not drying, they tried to fix but no good. Hotel did wash and dry clothes for free ☺
It was a great choice. Starting from the receiving staff as well as the staff in the front desk, everyone was so pleasant, respectful and professional. The room are spacious, very clean, and a bed that will give you the best sleep ever. I will recommend this hotel without any reservation. *****
Nice Hotel for business travellers . Staff very friendly. Service was great! Spacious rooms. However as a five star Hotel the quality and cleanliness of bedding could be improved.
It's close to everything. Great hotel. Had a great time. Loads of food placed nearby and 24 hours restaurants. The staff are really nice and always helpful. The room is very spacious. Had a great honeymoon with four points.
Positive- near to Burj Khalifa, Dubai mall, bus stop(hop on and off) Friendly staff, good service, near to mart, has 24h Starbucks Negative- WiFi not very strong in the room, no tooth brush/shower caps were provided
It is close to the Dubai Mall which was nice. Overall it was suitable for a short stay but there is nothing in the immediate surroundings to do.
With its luxury hotels and malls, and sky-scraping architecture, Dubai might seem at first glance like every other lively urban city. But beneath the glamorous veneer is a place steeped in history, culture and traditional customs. Add white sand beaches and scorching hot climate to the list of tourist draws, and you have the recipe for an utterly fascinating – and endlessly entertaining – holiday destination.
One of the best things about Dubai is that it can cater to all sorts of travellers.
