Some of the best service I've ever received!

I've stayed at Ritz's before so I knew what to expect, but the hotel staff went above my expectations and reached a new peak of service. From the spa to the front desk to the valet to the restaurants to the beach, everyone was very helpful everywhere and willing to do whatever was needed to make me happy with my voice to stay here. The staff were also very helpful with suggestions of places to go and places to eat. They were genuine and only really suggested places outside the resort. There was a minor issue with check in, but the staff worked very hard to correct the error and went beyond a basic apology. They took corrective actions that had me feeling great about the whole issue. It is clear that they value my business at their resort. Finally, I was also impressed with everything that was included: valet parking, wifi across the resort and daily access to the spa. These are not typically covered by the daily hotel accommodation fee, but it was at the ritz Dubai! Great value!

I loved everything about the hotel except 2 things: the toiletries .. they products don’t smell good. And the second thing is the outlet location: I couldn’t plug the hair dryer at all! The place is so small for it. Had to keep my hand pressing on it to work then I gave up.

Five star hotel with private beach

I loved this hotel, it’s huge and the staff were amazing! Having direct access to the beach which is restricted to hotel guests was my highlight. I’ll be back.

Great place

very convenient place, lots of things to do within the hotel vicinity. As well the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa is just 20 minutes away via taxi.

All good, Ritz Carlton standard but paid for breakfast and we walked out as was so busy - by no means relaxing start to the day

Just perfect!

Location was perfect, right on the beach & walking distance to some lovely restaurants. Also not to far from other landmarks, hotel's concierge easily got us taxi's. Staff where very friendly & couldn't have treated us better. Loved it & deciding when we can return!

2nd stay; excellent hotel

Pros: Beautiful building and grounds, excellent service.
Location: Lots of options for cafe, restaurants, spas within walking distance.
Beautiful hotel, very unique in Dubai (not a high rise), excellent service. Upgraded to Junior Suite on arrival, hotel staff very helpful and pleasant, speedy service, immediate replies to requests for water, adapters, etc. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend.

Beachfront grand Ritz Carlton

Quality Ritz-Carlton hotel. Beach-side area is fine, lots of cafes/restaurants nearby. Hotel is spacious, not much atmosphere, and restaurants OK.

Pros: nice hotel, good facilities, but cutting the grass at midday on 45C is not fair for the guest that tries to rest or for the poor fellow that cuts it
Location: on the beach with lots of restaurants near by
after an 8 hours flight we have been told that we have to wait 3 more hours as the room wont be ready before 3pm when is the check in time...this happen on a 50-60% occupancy as reported by the gov department.
