"This is now the 3rd year in a row we have stayed here and are already looking forward to number 4. The house is exactly the same as the listing says. Cozy. Has a pizza oven which was put to good use. Looking out the windows everyday to see the Roos feeding. Birds everywhere. We highly recommend. Communication with Alex was top notch too. Excellent all round."

"My son and I were very pleased to have found this superb historic small hotel. We were very pleasantly and genuinely welcomed, the room was superb, nice decor and high ceilings. Comfortable bed with comfy pillows and very quiet. I haven't slept so well in ages. Lovely old world breakfast / dining room. This will be our go-to in Cooma and will be highly recommended to friends & family. A rare find. Thanks, Dave."

"My wife and I were positively surprised by the quality of the Altair Motel. Checkin was simple and efficient, the room was spacious, clean and well appointed, the kitchenette included a microwave oven and two rings on the hob and the bathroom was modern with a walk in shower. The bed was very comfortable too. All in all, the motel deserves a 5 star rating from me."

"Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with table and chairs along with a large lounge suite. Quiet from road noise. Room contained all the requirements you need in bowls, plates, wine glasses and mugs ect. Microwave also in room along with toaster and tea and coffee facilities. Check in fast and easy with Emily being friendly and courteous. Highly recommend. We stayed in a King room. Couple."
