Due to quiet hours, out of respect to neighbors, and the city being a dark sky community, it is by design that we don't have a lot of bright lighting in the backyard. However, we are considering adding a couple small lights to the back of the house that would give some additional lighting for the early evening hours of the outdoor activities. We are sincerely sorry to hear about the issues you encountered though. Our team always strives for a five star experience for our guests and want you to know we always do our absolute best to address any issues or concerns that might arise during a guest's stay. Unfortunately, while we tried our best efforts in sending multiple workers to the house for the projector, it turned out the unit was fried during a lightning storm just before your stay. We have since replaced it and are confident it will be working when you visit next! The pool lights had already been in the works to be repaired as well and we had also added some temporary pool lighting to make the outside a bit more comfortable for our guests in the meantime. We are thrilled to hear you still managed to enjoy your stay despite the heat and a couple setbacks. We're always appreciative of the feedback we receive and take it seriously in addressing your concerns to help future guests as well. We look forward to having you back again!

We contacted the internet company to come out just the other day. They found several lines that corroded due to sun damage and replaced them. We do apologize if this caused any strain on your retreat. The internet is back up and working great! We actually have two internets one for the main house and one for the guest house.
