"Never got a hold of the host. Check in instructions is to check in at one address for keys then go to the actual home. Nobody to be found ended up having to go elsewhere luckily got a reservation same day. Now awaiting for my money back ! Absolutely TERRIBLE"
"There is no front desk! And there’s no one there to check me in. I never stayed at the hotel because I could not get access. The area is also shady… party area and felt a bit unsafe to walk the street.
I ended up sleeping in my car…Very disappointing!"

"The staff and the amenities were amazing, they were all super caring and friendly as well as attentive. Area was very clean, one pool with activities during the day another pool with a stage and a night show and open bar till late. As well as snacks and drinks all day . Great stay 100% recommend "

La hija de Fausto nos atendió muy amable y nos dio todas las indicaciones. Nosotros teníamos que salir a las 3:30am y no habían Ubers disponibles por lo que Fausto llamó a un conocido de él y nos llevó!
