"Staff did not offer water or any amenities to a Bonvoy member, and were generally rushing the entire check-in process with no interest in the guest. In addition, the room was never checked, no new towels provided, and plumbing did not function well. The property is in a great location and could be exceptional, but daily services and upkeep are ignored."

"The breakfast was ok. There was an after taste with the pancakes like the pancakes were made in the same spot as the other breakfast food. The pancakes were huge. It was wasn’t enough syrup for those huge pancakes. My room was clean. A bit small but still a good room. I would recommend and the staff was very professional and friendly which is a huge plus nowadays "

"This is in general a great place. Rooms are clean and quiet, beds are comfortable, location is great. Their automated checkin system has never worked, in all the times we've stayed there, however: the front desk is understaffed with generally just one person who is often quite harried. Company needs to ditch that automated system. "
