The staff were very helpful and friendly especially the young gentleman who checked us in but I can't remember his name. He always remembered mine which I thought was very welcoming
The breakfast was lovely and the restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly too
The only downside is that I personally think it's looking a bit tired and needs a bit of a makeover. The bed was lovely and comfy and the amenities were great.
We had a great stay. Thank you

The rooms were excellent, clean and had more than what was expected. To me it should be a 4 star. Staff was helpful and happy. Breakfast was not bad either. Well worth it

Pleasant room at the rear of the property - quiet & comfortable. The pool was pleasant although busy. Had one meal in the onsite restaurant - Shelleys Tap and Grill - absolutely disgusting! Ordered a garlic bread as a starter - this was eventually served with the main meal & was hard & tasteless. My husband ordered a pasta dish - was very obviously microwaved, tasteless mush. I ordered filet mignon - this was not available so was offered a substitute - this was of a very poor quality, not...

This was just a one-night stay where I spent most of my time outside the hotel, but I was grateful for the spacious suite when I slept. The next time, I will stay longer and take advantage of the kitchenette with dishwasher.
