Food at the hotel was lovely and there was ample choice. Only one problem that we came across was that we were staying in room 10 and we had trouble on several occasions on getting the door to unlock to get in our room and staff seemed to be aware of the problem. I therefore think that the problem should surely need some attention so that others don’t have this experience rather than ignoring it."
