The evening staff and checkout staff was friendly. However before checkout time the maintenance staff came to my room a d knocked on the door, even agter answering and telling them i was in there they just opened up the door. Never have i ever stayed at a hotel where the staff just rudely opens your door.

They double booked my room, Bianca the front desk clerk was rude. The property was ghetto. This place was very unprofessional.

Beetles in the bathtub, air conditioner was not very good. Had a huge gap in the door frame. Inconsiderate guests were loud and obnoxious all night, and when I spoke to the lady at the front desk, she acted as if it wasn't important for her to take care of. Although the bed was comfortable, I woke up with bite marks on the back of my head from bugs. I wouldn't recommend staying there and I will not ever stay there again.

First of all we booked for two queens, however when we got there, they only had double beds and said that the site was wrong. They offered to cancel and suggested another hotel, but due to traveling and being tired and decided to stay. Had to ask for a remote to the TV as there was none in the room. The hotel itself is very dated with a lot of people I guess living at the hotel as their resident. It didn’t feel safe. The staff at the front desk, however, was friendly.

the pictures on expendables showed a nice place when we got there it looked like section 8 housing people smoking pot. fixing cars in the parking lot we went to another motel i am not paying a dime for this and this is the last time I use your service. this is the second time this happened to me.

The hotel was filthy. The sheets were dirty, and it didn’t look like there was any housekeeping. I had to leave shortly after entering because the room was extremely dirty.

I arrived at the hotel and checked in, only to find another guest already occupying my assigned room. This was quite surprising and frustrating. The manager attempted to find me a different room, but unfortunately, all available rooms were fully booked. Additionally, I found the area surrounding the hotel to be quite unsettling; it felt unsafe and unpleasant. Overall, the experience was disappointing and far from what I expected. I won’t be booking here again in the future.
