About the only drawback is if you don't speak Chinese (I don't). Only 1 in 20 speak English, where the Hyatt probably more like 1 in 2\. But the restaurant staff used Google translator, probably could have never ordered dinner without it. There is a buffet that would make it easier but I avoid buffets.
