Recently built in an ideal environment, with a classic decor / modern and functional, great attention to detail. The property consists of one or two levels, all well documented by the images. on the ground floor, in the living room, a kitchen located collocation atrezzzata light colored, bathroom, a bedroom with bunk beds. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one double, with veranda facing the sea, a room with twin beds (which converts into bed) and bathroom. complete the garden in front of the entrance.

Toller Urlaub in Chia

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung mit schöner Lage und einer tollen Aussicht. Check in und Kommunikation mit Gastgeber sowie der Verwalterin vor Ort waren sehr gut. Es wurde sich direkt um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Wir können Region, Wohnung und die entspannte Atmosphäre nur weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

La casa, anche se non è completamente sola, si trova in ottima posizione vista mare, facilmente raggiungibile in auto ed è fornita di tutto, con stanze grandi e arredata con tutte le comodità. Alla fine il fatto di non essere da soli ma di avere altre famiglie vicino ci ha dato la possibilità di fare nuove e simpaticissime amicizie.

Chia, wieder mal schön

Für unsere Ansprüche zeigt hat das Haus alles was man braucht, wir haben nichts vermisst. Leider ist die Bestuhlung der Terrasse mit Hozklappstühlen nicht jedermanns Sache. Wir haben uns jedoch zu helfen gewusst und die Sicht auf die Bucht genossen.

Séjour très agréable dans un bel environnement

Maison bien située sur les hauteurs de Chia donnant sur un belle pelouse verte avec vue sur la mer. Confort intérieur avec 2 salles de nains et 3 chambres dont 2 avec climatisation, très apreciable avec les fortes chaleurs. Accueil sympathique du propriétaire Salvatore. douche extérieure pour le retour de la plage. Manque simplement des fauteuils pour se relaxer sur la terrasse. Proximité des voisins importante et permet de créer des liens.

Tutto stupendo!

La casa gode di una vista incantevole sulla baia di Chia: si trova a ridosso di una collina, facilmente raggiungibile in auto, in una posizione tranquilla e sempre ventilata. L'appartamento dispone di tutti gli equipaggiamenti necessari per cucinare, le stanze sono tutte abbastanza grandi, luminose e curate, compresi i due bagni, uno dotato anche di lavatoio e lavatrice. La veranda anteriore è ottima per poter mangiare all'aperto, con un'ampia vista sul mare. Presenti comode zanzariere alle finestre e sul lato posteriore della casa si trova anche una doccia all'aperto. Consigliata ad una famiglia numerosa o gruppi di amici, anche per periodi prolungati.

Posto tranquillo vista impagabile

Siamo una famiglia con figli grandi, l'appartamento dove siamo stati noi è composto da 2 camere da letto, cucina-soggiorno e veranda con una vista bellissima su torre chia. Tutto pulito, ordinato e funzionante. Padroni di casa disponibili e gentilissimi. Ci torneremo. FT

Very nice new domicile with very well kept interior. Perfect view to the near sea. Big Garden perfect for children. Many Very nice beaches are very close to the appartement.
