  • Welcome to our newly built and modernly equipped 90-square-meter holiday apartment in Dörpen (Emsland). The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, yet is only 1,000 metres from city centre—ideal for holidaymakers, commuters, and business travellers.

    The apartment features three separate bedrooms:
    - Bedroom 1: cosy double bed
    - Bedroom 2: single bed
    - Bedroom 3: single bed
    A travel cot for toddlers is available for families with children
    The highlight of the apartment is the spacious, newly built bathroom featuring

    ✔ walk-in shower
    A modern convenience that ensures a pleasant living experience, especially in the morning and evening hours.

    The bright, spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen invites you to relax, cook, and spend time together. Wi-Fi is, of course, included. A parking space right in front of the driveway makes arrival and departure easy.
