"First of all, this is not a hotel. It is a shared accommodation with independent bathrooms in each room. The rooms are very small and not clean. Washrooms were stinking and when we asked for proper cleaning, we were provided with room spray. Lot of flies in the rooms co-living with you. Kettle was not working and we even had power issues where the power sockets were not working for multiple hours. Food (breakfast) was too good and the service was nice. "This property has an excellent view of nearby tea plantation, has good parking space once we drove up the steep ramp. However, the rooms were not ready even 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time.
