"First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all.
The rooms were clean upto an OK
level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all.
Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. We had to approach the main reception to request access to the parking bay in the basement. Main reception was at the back of the building, so this...

"The customer service at this place is outstanding! I loved that they accepted payments by card. I also love that they did cash back. I had a family member who was with us who described this place as superb!! The setup of the rooms is pretty in terms of the bedding that’s used. I absolutely loved that there was hot water majority of the times in the shower and it was hot water like I haven’t experienced very often in guesthouses in India. The AC is awesome as well as in it’s a much needed item in...

10/10 Excellent
Being an English girl, working in Mumbai, quite often a getaway break to a local retreat without all the hustle and bustle in definitely on the cards. After extensive googling, I stumbled across the Marbella guest house which appeared to be a typical Goan retreat, close to a beach. All I can say is wow - this place does not disappoint.
