"The suite was clean, spacious and equipped with the absolute basics in terms of kitchen bits and bobs. Amazingly there was a top loader washing machine! You could always ask for other items, staff and manager were especially helpful. Useful contacts were all displayed at the reception, taxi, breakfast lunch and dinner available to order. The beech is approx 1 mile and walked to it most days. Good selection of restaurants on the beechfront and along the way, plus shops, wine/beer and pharmacies....

So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. We had an extremely pleasant stay . What we would recall the most would be the beautiful sea and beach which our room faced , the really pleasant and super-friendly staff who would go all out to please you as a privileged guest . There is a huge swimming pool very well laid out and excellent gardens in a 45 acre property with jogging and walking tracks .
