"Had great time, though it was off season resort has many activities. We been there for 2 nights it would have been good if we came at right season as it is mansoon all the beach activities are closed. Would definitely recommend this resort but come any time from Oct if looking for beach activities, during mansoon time it will be more of relaxation. The staff were very helpful. Special thanks to chef’s, cater according to our special needs"

"Excellent resort surrounded by pristine gardens with unbeatable access to beach via a private 5 min walk. Onsite pool and restaurant are of great quality too. Rooms high quality with sufficient well maintained inside and outside spaces. Outstanding breakfast including Indian and continental options. Reception staff also helpfully organised day trips with minimal upfront planning. Overall outstanding value for money. Thank you Santana resort staff for catering to the diverse needs of our family (elderly and kids) and for making our trip so memorable. Highly recommend this resort - look no further."

"When we first checked in to the hotel (rooms 333 and 334), the rooms were clearly not dusted in a while (could see visible dust on the nightstands, lamps, water bottles, rods in bathroom etc.). The sofa had large spots and were dirty. The WiFi was spotty too (general property had 30+MBps while the room had a weak ~1MBps had frequent connection drops). We immediately called the reception and let them know about the issue. We felt we booked the wrong place for our stay. The staff's reaction turned the experience for us. They listened, they remembered and helped us move to a room that was according to our expectations. There was no follow up required, everything was seamless. They showed us the cleaned room before having us move. On the next day, they followed up by asking if we had a comfortable stay and according to our liking! The hotel has otherwise clean amenities. Our kids loved the swimming pool that had multiple depths catering to all ages. The kids had a good time at the activity center as well. The breakfast (and dinner) spread was amazing! The staff, especially Rocky, was super friendly. The chef paid extra attention to my father-in-law who had special food needs and customized the menu for him. All in all a highly recommended place. I will come back."

"Room was clean and had all required amenities. The reception staff could have been more friendly. They had a very "don't care" kind of attitude. It felt like they are doing their job just for the sake of doing it. Breakfast had lot of variety but the taste was not great. Staff at the breakfast place was very good."

"This a great place to stay if you have kids. They have lots of things to do for children. The staff in the dining area for breakfast is excellent. They are very helpful, friendly and attentive. Some of the areas around the hotel are a little beatup such as the kids playground. The property is close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. It’s about a 12 minute walk to the nearest beach. They food at the property whether you dine in our order room service is very good and fairly priced if on a budget. The pool area is really nice and the gentleman that is the pool attendant was friendly and very helpful. If ever in Goa again I would certainly stay at this hotel again."
