Staff were fabulous, location great. First room we stayed in was a bit noisy with all the events going on, but hotel were happy to move us somewhere quieter. Rooms all good, and beach was great as was breakfast.

Not very clean. If you have a vehicle, a much better option for beach visit is Sinquerim beach (close to Taj on way to Fort Aguada), or Calangute beach.
