"I love the property and love the pools etc.We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa on the west side of the property. We were traveling with several of my friends and all of our teenage kids. There were 15 in total. We talked to the property staff a few days before we checked in to try and make sure our two 3 bedroom villas were near each other. After 30 minutes on the phone with a representative, she assured me that we would be in building 5500 and on the same floor. She put it in both of the notes of both reservations. We were also told they would remove the resort fee when we checked in because we were FL residents (FL and GA residents have their resort fee waived) Our day of check in was extremely frustrating as the staff at the front desk said we would NOT be on the same floor as our other party we were traveling with, and we would NOT be getting our resort fee waived. We were told we should take care of the resort fee when we reserved. We asked them to please show us exactly how so we would know for next time. She just repeated over and over that is should be done ahead of time. She then waived it with a snarky "This time" we will. honour it but not next time. We were also put on different floors. Also at check out - our other party was given a late checkout by an hour - our villa was told "absolutly NOT" We only wanted ONE hour. OUr villa was not allowed like the other party we traveled with. We also had no bedding for one of our sofa beds. We asked and it was never given to us."

"Room and property amenities were excellent. A room close to the pool was not great. The pool closed at 11 and kids were screaming up until then. Also, fees were different than listed on Expedia website. Listed as being around $56, but was charged $71 at the hotel. Resort fees and parking were assessed in this fee. Otherwise, the room and pools were exactly what we were hoping for on a last minute trip to Disney."

"just want to let the grounds staff know, that when you enter the building #2 the sprinklers are pointed at you as you enter the door to the hall so you get wet, it happened twice both at night and in the morning both times got wet. Also as we got down for breakfast the family 5 minutes before us took all the sausages and none left for anyone? , i asked the cook and she said sorry they took them all ! Greedy! , i saw them give 12 sausages to their 18 month old baby, who then didn't eat them just left them on the table. What is wrong with people? no consideration for anyone else."

"Room wasn’t great. It wasn’t too bad, I’ll say my master bed/bath was really spacious! But I booked the renovated room, but got an older one after unfortunately paying for the new room. What happened was we wanted to check in early since we had a red eye flight and wanted to drop our things off in the room and settle in. They gave us whatever was available at that time (~2pm) and it was the old unrenovated room, but we decided to stay since it was right next to the main pool - the Mystic Dunes pool. Elevator itself was super old and sketchy looking, and I didn’t see stairs easily accessible to guests in that building as an alternative. Room - not great, was old and wasn’t that clean. The master bath also had a broken cabinet door with the door completely off and missing - which I had to report to staff, so they wouldn’t try to blame it on me and charge me. They also pissed me off so much with excessive fees. I was notified by Expedia that I’d have to pay at the hotel the additional Resort Fees $210 ($30/night for 7 nights) + Other Fees $28.35 = $238.35, but upon arrival they charged me $310.60 for $30/night resort fees + $10/night parking fee + taxes on top of that. Complete ripoff, considering I only had time to use the pool once. Absolute BS taxes on top of made up fees on top of the room rates. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite with kitchen and laundry layout was nice for splitting the cost to travel with a friend, but staying elsewhere next time I come to Orlando."
