"I didn't realize how crowded this hotel would be but I can understand since it is right next to Disney. The elevators were always full! Sometimes we would have to wait for a second or third elevator. The breakfast and dinner social was okay. It was food with no flavor but also technically free. The room was great! The staff was great. Very accommodating and friendly! We had a balcony view that looked right over the lake to Disney Springs. The worst thing was how crowded the pool and elevators were. "
