"Staff were great, love the place."

"We just recently stayed on the property. Staff were fabulous but the room that was provided to us was quite dated. The property itself was clean but staff was not cleaning tables at the small amenities like the ice cream shop or counters. Over all 3.5/4"

"Don’t know where to begin but this is not the same resort I stayed in last year .. the room was different very dated … sink stopped up .. internet was non existent, trash in wall ways .. and a dog barked for 6 days starting at 5 am and no one could ever find the dog … I reached out to management several times I will say the managers were very nice and understanding but it was pretty much a done deal at that point … to spend so much money for that resort and no compensation back was a shocker! "

"The poolside Cabanas were great. The loungers by the pool about half were broken. Rooms were clean and nice. Lobby after 10pm was a nightmare, the guests were out of control- I almost left and did not check in. Happy I stayed since my kid loved the pool. "
