Very nice old hotel, well maintained, large room, very clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was outstanding, much more elaborate than most hotels. Only downsides are no dedicated parking, and no AC. In late September leaving the windows open kept the room comfortable, but diners outside were a little noisy until about 11 pm. Also would recommend the top floor, as the floors creak. Regardless, would definitely stay there again if the outside temps were right.

Perfect spot
A very nice hotel in the middle of the old city. Easy check in and check out. Luggage drop off at hotel with parking a short distance away. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good. Breakfast was included and nice. I highly recommend.

Great hotel in a beautiful town

Nice hotel and good location
The hotel was clean and big for family of 5. Even the hotel didn’t have lift, the staff was very friendly to help us to bring the luggage into the room. The hotel breakfast was nice. We also tried dinner inhotel restaurant and The food was nice. The location also very good. We will come back again to this hotel.

The property is located in a great spot in the old town center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price was very good value. The room was large the bathroom large the bed was good the internet was strong. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel except you do need to carry your luggage up the steps since there is no elevator. The town is very quaint and the x-mas market was lively and fun. Strong recommendation for both the town and this hotel

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Perfectly situated in town, it also has a really lovely ambience. The design and style is so gorgeous. Only rather large negative is that there is no air con which really affected us because it was so hot. Apart from that, the staff were amazing and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it.

This is a great property in the old town of Dinkelsbuhl. Staff was awesome in helping us park which is always difficult in this town. We had a delicious meal in their restaurant as well as breakfast. Room was large with a lovely sitting area. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern comfort beautifully combined with old building and traditional setting. Happy with large room (206) overlooking street —we wished we had time to stay another night. The staff did double duty between the restaurant and the hotel but it worked out just fine. Very obliging and helpful with excellent English for us non German speaking guests. Highly recommend visiting this delightful town and staying in this particular hotel.

This hotel is definitely the cutest in Dinkelsbuhl and the breakfast is delicious! They speak limited English but enough for you to get the necessary items. My only complaints are that the parking is confusing and they do not open the windows in the breakfast room in the morning so it is very stuffy.

Great location with very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast eggs to order meat,cheese, and various breads and preserves. Nice seating in front of hotel with food service and drinks. Very relaxing and comfortable.

Amazing historic hotel in amazing historic town
We had an excellent experience Meiser’s hotel and appreciated every aspect of it. Situated in the heart of Dinkelsbühl, you can immerse yourself in all the town has to offer. The hotel itself was beautiful and enchanting. Breakfast was solid and street parking was convenient. One thing I would caution prospective guests on is to be aware that since this hotel is in a historic building from 1650, there is no air conditioning and it can therefore get very warm in the rooms on hot and humid summer nights. I can imagine how cozy this hotel is in winter. I definitely hope to go back!

Great location. Modernized room and bathroom.
This is the best hotel we stayed in our trip. We had the primum room. The room had updated furnishings. Liked the separate shower and bath tab. The room was larger compared to most of the hotels we stayed in Europe. The food was great. We stayed in Rothenburg the next day and we should have stayed Meiser’s two nights instead and take a day trip to Rothenburg.

Gorgeous hotel located in a quaint little city. Check in was very friendly. We were only there foe one night but wished we could have stayed another day to spend more time exploring the area.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the Altstadt. Close to the cathedral, shops and restaurants but, the restaurant in the hotel is amazing. Fabulous food, excellent service and awesome food. I learned 20 years ago that most American go to Rothenberg, most Germans go to Dinkelsbuhl. Far superior IMHO to the facade put on in Rothenberg. This is a real town, not a tourist trap!

Fabulous Hotel and Restaurant
We were on a 2 week driving tour in Germany and Meiser's Hotel am Weinmarkt was hands down our favourite. Our room was large and very clean and comfortable. It was up 2 flights of stairs but we did not expect a lift in a building of this age. The hotel is right in the middle of the town of Dinkelsbuhl with easy waking to every part of the town. Hotel staff were very professional and friendly. We were able to find parking very close by and the hotel provided a parking pass. The breakfast included had a large selection and food was excellent. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and it was a wonderful experience! We would definitely stay here again!

Great restaurant!
The hotel itself was top notch in every respect, but the restaurant merits specific mention. Great selection of traditional Bavarian fare (and other dishes); well-prepared and presented. Every person I talked to at the hotel spoke excellent English, too. Just double check the pricing when you book. According to the booking on Expedia, the rate was for one person. Add your spouse and it's extra, but I didn't see this until after transaction was complete.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was adequate size with new bathroom. Beds comfortable. Would have ranked higher if room was cooler. During day very warm and no air conditioner or fan. Night cooled down. Breakfast was good. Would recommend highly if going when weather is not so hot.

Huge rooms in charming town
The room was huge and nicely appointed. The biggest problem was that we visited at the end of July and without air-conditioning we had a trade-off between having open windows for air circulation and not having sunlight awaken us in the morning. The breakfast buffet was quite nice. The location was excellent.

Festive in Dinkelsbuhl
Nice, upgraded rooms, just a bit warm (but what room in Europe during the peak of summer isn't). We arrived in the middle of the Kids Festival, which was great to see, but went late in to the night...basically right across the street. Wonderful atmosphere, just don't plan to get to sleep too early, especially if your room faces the street. Even with the festival, parking wasn't too hard to find, you just can't pull up to the front door to unload and load because the road could be blocked off--other times should be fine. Food in the restaurant was very good, really enjoyed the breakfast. We'd definitely stay there again...just wish they had some fans to help blow air around in the hot summer evenings.

Meisers Am Weinstein
Lovely historic building in great location. Friendly staff and generous breakfast. Very clean and comfortable room. A couple of downsides: Wifi is very slow and sometimes not working at all. There is a lot of noise both from restaurant guests late into the night and deliveries early in the morning. We were woken every morning at 5am by trollies being dragged down the cobblestones right underneath our window. It was far too hot to leave windows closed and no air conditioning.

The room had a bad smell
It was a great old historic building, in the old city, beautiful place to visit. Sadly my room had a strange smell that only takes a few minutes to get used to. Staff was friendly and breakfast was alright, tasty and enough choices.

Exceeded our expectations! Charming, clean, picturesque, helpful staff, gorgeous decor in room and lobby, fireplace outdoor seating, best breakfas buffet we had in Europe. The epitome of a German hospitality inn. Highly recommend. Lost my heart at Meisers! Its that awesome!
