Stayed in late August 2026. Rooms are small however clean. Bar and restaurant really good and the staff are very nice, helpful & the food is very good. Not located in a premium area however reasonably close to the rail station (10 minutes on foot with luggage is doable). Within 10 minutes walk you are entering the main hub of Munich and close to all tram & bus services. There is a laundromat close by however costly by western standards, it cost is nearly 20 Euro for two loads and drying. So i would recommend this hotel for short stays and budget friendly.

Room looked out to a wall 20 feet away. Location is conveniently near train station, but also on the same street as an adult theater, and the street is has beggars… I did want my young adult daughter exploring without an escort. Otherwise, the hotel was great: the staff efficient and helpful, the restaurant in the hotel was good, plenty of restaurants and a grocery store close by.

We had a wonderful experience with Courtyard by Marriott Munich City Center during our visit in Munich. Hotel is close to Munich old town and central train station. It is very convenient for us to tour around old town and near by scenery sites via train. Though the hotel is close to train station and major roads, the room is so quiet not to hear outside noises through the day. Very nice hotel to stay.

Location is central in Munich, the hotel room was clean and satisfactory. The restaurant in the hotel was very limited in dining options. The neighborhood was simply ok but because it is very near the train station it was good. Staff was nice but when questioned the answers were always different. I’d honestly probably stay there again if I am ever visiting Munich.

Stayed for one night, for a family of 5 across two rooms. Rooms were separate, but not an issue as only one night. Rooms are basic, but clean with limited amenities but had what was needed. Area was well located but there were nicer areas across the city.

Breakfast is decent, a kind of typical American one. The AC vent is open directly right on top of the bed which could cause some headaches (literally). Our bedroom window open towards the inner courtyard so it is very quiet. The street in front of the hotel is extremely busy and noisy. It is not too far from the old town, around 20 minutes walk.
