Seule la vue était correcte. L'appartement était très sale, le volet roulant de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, le canapé était déchiré, les chaises en rotin très usagées et très basses par rapport à la table. Un bon rafraichissement serait le bienvenu.

Tres belle vue mer

Excellent emplacement avec une très belle vue mer et un grand balcon. Appartement aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement en meubles, vaisselle et au niveau de la salle de bain. Pas de bouilloire, ni de bol pour les céréales du matin... Fenêtre dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain qui s'ouvre pas. Difficile à trouver une place pour se garer les weekend et ça en mars. Les travaux de peinture aurait pu être indiqués.

La vue de fait pas tout

Il ne suffit pas d’avoir une belle vue, le ménage n’avait pas été fait l’appartement était sale j’ai dû faire mon ménage la personne de ménage est arrivée à 16 h elle avait été prévenue à la dernière minute , très gentille , j’avais pris mes clefs à 15 h 45 . J’avais eu la personne qui m avait dit que je pouvais les prendre avant vu qu’ils sont fermés le samedi .J’ai appelé l’agence qui n’a même pas répondu et ne même pas rappelé pendant mon séjour . Normalement je loue avec abritel toujours satisfaite , j’ai été dirigée vers un sous traitant Inter home les clefs ne sont pas remises en main propre mais prise à l’agence par un code dans un box. Et j’ai dû remettre mes clefs dans une boîte aux lettres de l’agence . assiettes certaines ébréchées je l’ai signalé ainsi qu’ un des deux bols du petit déjeuner.les fils du micro ondes et de la cafetière passent juste à côté des plaques électriques dangereux .et non conforme . Sinon la vue est parfaite je connais bien dinard . Pas de parking difficile de trouver une place même avec une carte handicapée il n’y a qu’une place un peu plus loin en haut et deux à la cale j’avoue que je préfère le système d’abritel avec un propriétaire ensuite. La deco était modifiée ne correspond pas pas de coussin et canapé très inconfortable je ne suis pas ravie de la location mais ils jouent sur la vue superbe même si on ne voit pas la belle plage du Prieuré appartement premier étage ascenseur

bel vue

très belle vue , bon emplacement, bonne literie ,dommage que le logement ,soit mal isolé, on avait l impression que les voitures dans la rue passaient a coté du lit . cuisine petite mais fonctionnel. le balcon n est pas très propre ,reste des seaux de travaux . salle de bain ,pas propre au niveaux des joints . très bel appartement dans l ensemble. stationnement très difficile en places gratuite.

Die Lage ist super, tolle Aussicht und kurze Wege. Leider ist die Wohnung in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Schmutzige und zerrissene Gardinen, alles ist abgewetzt und nicht in Stand gehalten, zwei von drei Fenster schließen nicht mehr. Ab und zu sollte ein Eigentümer mal renovieren und fehlende Gegenstände ersetzen. Das ist nicht der FeWo-direkt Standard. Sorry

l'appartement est très agréable et lumineux et très bien placé. Cependant il mériterait des travaux de rénovation, amélioration tant par rapport aux équipements que par rapport à la décoration - dommage

Vue incroyable sur la mer. Appartement idealement situé. Mais les baies vitrees de la chambre ne s ouvrent pas et les vitres sont tres sales. Les vitres de la salle n'étaient tres transparentes! Pas de tige pour changer l'orientation des stores interieurs. Equipement minimal en vaisselle et ustensiles. Pas de plat micro-onde. Pas de piques à bigorneaux, pas de pince,casse-noix pour crabe. Balcon pas nettoyé.

L'appartement et la vue son superbe. Seul bémol, très très froid à notre arrivée (les radiateurs étaient éteints.) La pression de l'eau pour le bain est très faible.

A notre arrivé l'appartement n'était pas propre. Présence de sable dans le lit du salon balcon dans un état très sale etc. Notre conclusion le ménage n'a pas été correctement fait. Malgré notre retour auprès de l'agence aucune action n'a été mené. Nous sommes mécontent de cette location. Cordialement,

Tolle Lage mit fantastischen Meerblick Richtung Saint Malo. Unterkunft sauber, recht spartanisch eingerichtet aber völlig ausreichend für einen Kurzurlaub. Waren schon das 2. Mal in dieser Unterkunft.
