"​The room, bathroom, and kitchen are clean. The breakfast selection is quite good, it offers plenty of variety, including convenient "grab and go" options for those in a rush. However, the dining area is quite small; unless you’re willing to wait for a table, you might need to take your meal back to your room. My suite was located directly next to the elevator, and I could hear a squeaky mechanism throughout the night. While I was told there is complimentary laundry on-site, I didn't have the chance to use it. The accommodations is quite dated, but the services are great."

"Everything was fantastic, but the best part was the friendly staff that greeted us at the front desk. Big shout out to Paul who was very kind with the kids and went out of his way to help us when needed. All in all, I would stay here again and recommend to anyone travelling to the area."

"When I booked on line I specified a room with 2 beds. On check in I asked and it was confirmed - a room with 2 beds and a pull out couch. On entering the room it was one bed and a terrible pull out sofa. discussions with management were met with poor reponse - this was the expedia room and we can't do anything. For the 4 days we stayed the room was not cleaned ever. We asked about this at Customer Service 3 times and were told "Oh Yes - we clean every day". It was never cleaned. We had to go to the front desk to request toilet paper, soap and towels. The attitude at Front Desk was Meh - oh well. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone which is sad because the location is fine."

"The only real problem with this resort is the hotel, the restaurants and the spa are all disconnected separate entities. Which proves frustrating on more than one occasion when you stay for a day or more."

"It's a large corporate style hotel. I'm not a fanof this style of place but it was very conveniently located in Kanata if you have business there. Staff were great especially the wait staff at breakfast."
