"The location, right on the boardwalk, is excellent. We had two rooms which turned out to be in the annex across the street. That was an issue because I was having some trouble with my foot and preferred being closer to the breakfast, the lobby, etc. In addition both rooms had complete kitchens but no table or chairs. Not even a desk space for a laptop. This makes no sense and I wish there had been a way to know it before booking. Breakfast was nice and we enjoyed the veranda with the fire pit tables in the evening. The front desk folks were lovely and helpful (even though they couldn't switch rooms for us.) And the ocean, of course, was right out front and that was the whole reason for going there."

"We had a wonderful time. The property is cozy and truly beautiful. What a view!! We appreciated the ease of access with the use of the key code. It was very cool to have a telescope we could use to view the birds and boats. Our only issues, which were minor, were our concern that we were unable to reach the owners via email with a courtesy report regarding damage we found upon entry, and we also found old food particles in the sink as well as a piece of broken glass on the kitchen floor. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay, were very comfy, and will consider staying here again in the future for sure!"

"The Pilot House was absolutely wonderful for our family. A welcoming home with the bonus of a relaxing pool area where we spent much of our time. Our host Rosemary was super responsive and had great information about the area. Bethany is a fabulous beach with a small town feel and the location of this house was fabulous ... close enough to be convenient, but a little ways away from the noise and bustle of town. I highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!! "

"Very nice condo! We regret not seeing where we were supposed to bring our own bedding so we are disappointed in having to wash it before leaving but we will know for next time. As an electrician is here he sees a few issues that should be addressed... Ceiling fan switch, fire alarm in bedroom, bathroom light and garage overhead door. The pool staff were so nice to use we really enjoyed it here! Thank you"

"We enjoyed our stay here, it’s about 2.5 miles from the beach. There is an outdoor shower on the side of the house. House was clean and provided everything we needed (toilet papers, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoos and conditioners, etc). Washer/dryer available for use. We did not try the grill. House also has beach items like umbrellas and beach chairs. Only downside was It was a bit inconvenient to have to bring our own towels, pillow cases, and bed sheets, but for sanitary we were ok with that."
