"Had a great time. Unit was a 10 minute or so walk to the middle of town, so easy to get to without driving. Very affordable when you compare it to the other places in Bethany Beach."

"Really liked this hotel. They were accommodating when we arrived earlier than check-in time by allowing us to park with a permit while the room was getting finished. A perk I didn't expect was vouchers for 2 chair rentals and an umbrella rental. You can easily walk over to the beach and the pool is really nice too. Definitely recommend. I put good because it does look a bit older but it's well maintained. Rooms are also spacious."

Large New Bethany Beach Home with Hot Tub

"Beautiful home with great amenities! Our kids and visiting guests raved about this home, loved the pool, especially having a hot tub with a TV and an outdoor shower on site was awesome! Kids and adults loved the game room, who doesn’t love a foosball and shuffleboard table! The full size arcade games were an added plus, and there is even a great selection of books if you need a good read for the beach! We were without internet for a time, not the host fault, area outage, but didn’t bother us, so many amenities to keep everyone entertained when we weren’t at the beach. Happy to see kids and adults have fun without electronics! Spacious home, wonderful large enclosed deck, well stocked kitchen, super clean bathrooms, and Brian the host is very quick in responding to questions. I’d only suggest if you really like to cook when on vacay, bring a larger size pan or maybe an electric skillet for like pancakes. We easily give this home a 10 out 10 and would definitely rent again for ourselves and highly recommend to others!"

"I love staying in this area. You are right in between Ocean City and Rehoboth . Bethany Beach and the town square are exactly 8 minutes away. House was clean and had beach chairs, as well as bikes. Host was quick to answer questions."

"The hosts went above and beyond to make sure guests understand how Sea Colony operates and what to expect at their condo and during the vacation experience. They even checked in during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the unit.By comparison, I rented a separate unit in a different House that was equally as delightful, but the lead time for instructions on "how to Sea Colony" was much shorter. Because we were traveling by plane from out of state, this was a little bit stressful."
