"Really liked this hotel. They were accommodating when we arrived earlier than check-in time by allowing us to park with a permit while the room was getting finished. A perk I didn't expect was vouchers for 2 chair rentals and an umbrella rental. You can easily walk over to the beach and the pool is really nice too. Definitely recommend. I put good because it does look a bit older but it's well maintained. Rooms are also spacious."

"An incredible house! The elevator was great for unpacking. We had 14 people staying there and it didn't feel too cramped. Well equipped for house, water, and beach fun. Also a well-stocked kitchen for cooking for a large group. They truly thought of everything! The only drawback is the minimal storage for personal items in the bedroom with bunkbeds, but we made it work by utilizing the loft alcove. We docked our 17' power boat, but it was a bit tricky with their lift and jet ski dock in place. Luckily all worked out. The bonus was a really nice outdoor shower under the house. (Would be nice to include pic of that.)"

"Had a wonderful long weekend stay. Great location, plenty of space for 2 families. Kitchen had all of the essentials for cooking full meals. The garage had everything you need for a day at the beach and the pool was nice and refreshing for after. The owner Rachel was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!"
Gorgeous North Bethany Beach luxury home

"This is a beautiful, clean home that perfectly accommodated our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The rooms are large (even the bedrooms!), the beds comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The large dining room table gave us ample seating. We felt very much at home here! Having the pool just a short walk from the house was great. The Delaware Seashore State Park with its beautiful beach and other amenities was a very short drive away. The host, Skip, was very easy to communicate with and he gave us all the information we needed before we arrived. Our whole family loved staying here and we highly recommend it!"
Large New Bethany Beach Home with Hot Tub

"Beautiful home with great amenities! Our kids and visiting guests raved about this home, loved the pool, especially having a hot tub with a TV and an outdoor shower on site was awesome! Kids and adults loved the game room, who doesn’t love a foosball and shuffleboard table! The full size arcade games were an added plus, and there is even a great selection of books if you need a good read for the beach! We were without internet for a time, not the host fault, area outage, but didn’t bother us, so many amenities to keep everyone entertained when we weren’t at the beach. Happy to see kids and adults have fun without electronics! Spacious home, wonderful large enclosed deck, well stocked kitchen, super clean bathrooms, and Brian the host is very quick in responding to questions. I’d only suggest if you really like to cook when on vacay, bring a larger size pan or maybe an electric skillet for like pancakes. We easily give this home a 10 out 10 and would definitely rent again for ourselves and highly recommend to others!"

"We enjoyed our stay--quiet place, not far to drive to the beach or kayaking. The table on the patio was lovely for dinner and breakfast. And we really appreciated the dog-friendly part. Our only problem was a toilet overflow. We called and texted but didn't get clear responses so lost some time waiting around for a repair person who never appeared. Things happen, but it seemed communication got a little mixed up."

"Wonderful location! Very easy check in process. Home is in a centralized location that makes it easy to access many beaches and multiple boardwalks with a short drive. Beds are comfortable. Enjoyed use of the kayaks in the bay. Home is spacious and clean. Wonderful views of the sunset from the marina."

"Clean, spacious and well equipped house with lovely views of the beach. The large covered deck and balconies with comfortable seating made it easy to enjoy the view. Owners and local agent were pleasant to work with and responded quickly to questions and requests. Five bedrooms have attached bathrooms and the sixth is a small room between the two king bedrooms with a day bed suitable for a child. We appreciated the umbrellas, beach chairs and toys provided with the house."
