Rainbow Cove unit 117D is found in the rear of the building and it is just a quick walk to the bay, the beach, Starboard, Bottle and Cork, and many other popular hot spots in Dewey Beach! The condo rental includes 2 car parking below the unit. Cable and wifi are included. *This is a non-smoking unit.*

    Additional-
    *Towels and bedding is provided for all 3 bedrooms (5 beds) upon request for an additional charge of $20.

Perfect location!

Perfect location just a short walk from the beach, from beautiful sunsets on the bay side and everything Dewey Beach has to offer! Check-in and checkout was a breeze too. Highly recommend!

Great location that is walkable to bars, the beach, and restaurants. Very easy check in and responsive host! Not the most clean but it was perfect for our bachelorette weekend!

Great Location

Great location right by Bottle and Cork, Perfect amount of space for our group of 7, and had all the amenities for making food. The only negative was the couch, smelled a little odd, and it was very sunken in

Cute Spot

Perfect location as we attended an event at Bottle & Cork, easy to the beach and many eating/drinking places. Disagree with sleeps 10, ceiling fan locations make the top bunks a big no for me, but for 4 of us it worked just fine.

Communicating with the host was easy. The property is about a 3 min walk to sunset park for nice views in the evening. Convenient walking to restaurants/shops

Great location, great family stay.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The location was convenient to everything. We walked everywhere or took the trolley. Parking is included. The living room furniture has all been updated from the listing. Linens were provided for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

Location, location, location

This was our second trip here because of the fantastic walk-to-everywhere location. Plenty of room for 3 friends, and we will be back soon! Just a note for improvement: The mattresses need an upgrade and there is general deferred maintenance. But overall, this is a super value for the price. Thanks Gaysha!

Cute little apartment by the sea!

Owner was extremely communicative. Everything was as listed. Home was clean and linen was ready. Overall, very nice! There were a few things that didn’t work but it may have been user error. Neighborhood was noisy from a local club, but sound machine helped cover that. Close proximity to beach and trolley stop. Local restaurants across street. Would stay here again.

We're sad to leave!

We're so in love with the actual place. Feels homey. Actually it looks a lot better and nicer in person cause they updated some of the furnitures/fixtures. For future reference: the couch in the living room is a sofa bed. So you can make use of it. Thank you for having us use your beautiful place. Hope to book with you again next time! ❤️❤️❤️

MY RATING IS ONE STAR BECAUSE OF THE HOST NOT THE PROPERTY!!!! Let it be known that the stay was great, and in an awesome location. We had a great weekend at this location and if the seller communicated better, I would stay again. My stay ended on August 16th and we admittedly left a package of sheets at the property. I asked if the cleaners found them to work out a way of retrieval. On August 18th she said she had them and asked if mailing them over the weekend was fine. This was fine with me and I texted that to her. On August 22nd I asked if I could send money for shipping and she replied Zelle and asked how I wanted it delivered. We agreed on Venmo and I sent her my address. After sending my address, I received no further reply. On September 18th, I texted again reviewing that I have not received the package and I asked for information regarding the whereabouts of my sheets. As of today, September 30th, the host has ghosted me. I did text again today to see if there was an update on shipping. For reference, I am two hours from the property so if this item was actually mailed to me, I likely would've received it a month ago.

Very nice property, I would say it is family friendly. Clean and very centrally and conveniently located. Near the Bottle and Cork which has audible music playing until around 11 pm at least the Friday and Saturday nights we stayed.
