We had an excellent room - very big and very clean. The check in was amazing because of the friendly and helpful young lady at the desk. She helped to utilize my gift card as well as giving us information on the monorail system called the People Mover! Once arriving, we didn't even need our car. We also utilized both the IHop and Applebees restaurants located in the lobby area, so it wasn't necesary to leave the hotel. Given it was -12 windchill outside and snowing, that was a bonus! Would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are spacious and it was reasonably priced. It's clean and the staff is friendly. The sheets were not very soft so I would recommend upgrading the sheets, but the mattress and pillows were comfortable.

Staff was excellent and the rooms are nice. Beds need an upgrade, mine was lumpy and uncomfortable. Great location right downtown in walking distance to LCA, Ford Field, etc. We should have received a notice that the people mover was down for service. Qtrain got us where we needed to go around town. We just were not prepared to pay the additional hidden parking fees. . . So add $50 a night to your room rate!
