"A bit of difficulty when it came to conversing in Japanese as we are foreigners but overall was a great stay with good service. The onsen experience was nice. Note that they have a curfew from 10pm to 5am as they do not have electronic key cards implemented for coming in and going out."

"宿泊当日は強い雨であったため予定より早く到着してしまったのですが、30分ほど早めに部屋へ案内していただきました。スタッフの方の臨機応変な対応に感謝します。施設は各所に古さを感じさせるものの、日々のメンテナンスはしっかりされているようでした。ただ大浴場はサウナ設備が故障したままで使用できなかったのが残念でした。 夕食はいただきませんでしたが、朝食ビュッフェは思った以上にバラエティに富んでいて満足出来ました。"

"China (Cheena) looked after us so well. She did everything, cooking , cleaning, driving us to ski resort. Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. There actually is a bus from Koriyama to the Ski Resort however the bus station seemed unable to tell us that. It would have been good information from Reitopia also. "This is a big and busy resort hotel in a very scenic area. The room was large and well equipped. The staff in all departments were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast and dinner (both buffet style) were of a reasonable quality, although quite monotonous if you are there for more than one night. It is quite remarkable how badly some guests behaved when getting their food - a real “bun fight” at every meal. The restaurant staff were amazing and did everything they could to keep the tables...

It’s literally a 1-2 minute walk to Aizuwakamatsu Station, and there are plenty of places to eat in the vicinity. They also offer a complimentary breakfast buffet which is lovely! "

"China (Cheena) looked after us so well. She did everything, cooking , cleaning, driving us to ski resort. Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. There actually is a bus from Koriyama to the Ski Resort however the bus station seemed unable to tell us that. It would have been good information from Reitopia also. Anyway it was very kind to pick us up. The menu is a bit limited and it seemed there were other things to eat, if you were in the know."
