This was absolutely one of the worst trips I have ever done. Hotels.com help contribute to this. Not so great experience. Both the hotels.com and the resorts websites provided false information. The conditions were so bad that I landed up leaving a day early. I had to take someone to the hospital due to the dirtiness. I did not get refunded and I was actually charged more than what was expected. The location was great and the staff was great but they were unforgiving when it came to providing a refund or understanding the situation. Do not recommend this place unless you don't mind old worn down overcharged definitely not a two-star hotel resorts. Long queue at checkin. Informed only breakfast option was 7am. Room grubby, carpet had suspicious brown stains & cigarette burns, horrible beige caravan style bathroom. Promised view of lake which was miles away & obstructed by large roof in front of our window. All but 2 of the restaurants & bars were closed without prior warning. We were turned away from half empty restaurant as we did not have a booking, we were left with a pot noodle from hotel souvenir shop for dinner but no cutlery so had to use ice tongues in room to eat. Woken at 8am by cleaner trying to get in our room & also a call from reception!
