Long queue at checkin. Informed only breakfast option was 7am. Room grubby, carpet had suspicious brown stains & cigarette burns, horrible beige caravan style bathroom. Promised view of lake which was miles away & obstructed by large roof in front of our window. All but 2 of the restaurants & bars were closed without prior warning. We were turned away from half empty restaurant as we did not have a booking, we were left with a pot noodle from hotel souvenir shop for dinner but no cutlery so had to use ice tongues in room to eat. Woken at 8am by cleaner trying to get in our room & also a call from reception!
