The hired personnel really makes this place! The rooms are a little dated but it just adds to the charm of the experience. I enjoyed staying here and would recommend! Enjoyed daily welcome drinks. However the hotel needs a good refresh. Carpet in the hallways were worn and stained. I didnt stay due to the skiing aspect. But they are well equipped for it. Great quality of food for their breakfast and supper buffets.
