Could not fault it. Amazing welcome and farewell, attentive, professional and friendly staff, stunning grounds and luxurious room. Sempurna.

We had an amazing stay perfect location with splendid view staff is friendly and courteous food is really good here rooms has amazing view and they have well organised activities for tourist over all very happy and looking forward to come back again best wishes to whole team AAYANA

Great location 20 minutes from Labuan Bajo by boat free taxi service runs during the day at set times if you arrive after dark you go by road 45 minutes but worth it. Fantastic facilities on site, staff could do enough for you, booked a number of off site trips and diving all planned and made so easy by the staff. But always back for a sun down cocktail on the water. Been to many countries and stayed in some fabulous places, this is up there with the best! Might even come back again

Very nice stay, enjoyed the spa, beach, food. Our room was very nice and clean.

The hotel is beautiful. There are only a small number of rooms so it feels so calm and quiet. The perfect place to relax.

Beautiful hotel. Nothing to complain about

Evrything is perfect; all staffs are gentle and plite, room is always very clean, it is very quiet in day time and noght time.

The staff were very welcoming and kind. The hotel is very central so there were lots of food options within walking distance as well as tour places and the harbour. The room was clean with a very nice bathroom and good air con. We didn’t have any issues with noise. The swimming pool picture is slightly misleading as it is very small and is now part of the Japanese restaurant on the top floor so if you wanted to use it it is within the restaurant seating area.

It is a clear 5 stars experience!

Amazing hotel, great location, staff super friendly and made our stay very special. Pool area is lovely with wonderful views and a bar and breakfast served in your room was a little luxury!

Very helpful staff and great facilities

FANTASTIC HOTEL AT A REALLY GOOD PRICE. PROBABLY THE BEST ONE.

We really liked our stay there. The staff was pleasant and helpful and we lacked nothing.

Such a friendly family, and the views from the communal area/balcony is amazing and probably the best in Labuan Bajo! Banana pancakes and coffee for breakfast in morning :)

Favourite place! Absolutely stunning

Teddy the manager mad my stay so comfortable, he helped me with my excursions and made sure I wasn't being over charged. This hotel is perfect for back packers or anyone requiring cheap but clean accommodation.
