We were thankful to find another patron who already figured it out and explained it to us. Had to switch rooms and my keycards were switched to another floor but couldn’t get back to the initial room to retrieve our items. Thankfully my fiance was in the room who brought everything to the lobby to only go back on the elevator to the new room. Keycards only work on the elevator where your room is. "
