Truly an exceptional place. The house and our room (Naples) was like a dream. Even in winter where the outdoor facilities (pool etc) are not usable, there's nothing negative to say. It was worth the expense.

La Coquillade, without doubt the best hotel in Provence. An outstanding hotel in an amazing location. This is the third time we have stayed here in the last 12 months. Each time it is consistently exemplary in every way. The rooms, the service, the restaurants and food are all outstanding.

My wife and I spent 5 nights here after our wedding and it was everything we wanted and needed and so much more. Relaxing, peaceful, serenity. Absolutely breathtaking property, tucked away in the bustling city of Avignon. From the moment we arrived, Jean-Luc and Valérie were incredibly welcoming and couldn't have done more to make our stay comfortable. Gorgeous location and lovely staff. Super restaurant, great pool. Only drawback was that we worried our 2-year old might find his way into the fast-running streams running through the garden - beautiful but potentially dangerous.

This is a superb base to visit the area around Visan and Orange. We had 4 wonderful days in Hotel du Midi. Parking is not an issue and free on the street outside. We had breakfast twice served by Sarah who is one of the most warm, welcoming and accommodating hotel managers I have ever met. She went out of the way to help us the whole time we were there - from recommending vineyards, places to visit and even helping us book restaurants. Unique Pods in beautiful grounds . Extremely helpful staff. Lovely pool and fantastic to have the hot tub at night to sit under the stars of Provence

We had an amazing stay! The grounds are beautiful and the rooms very stylish and spacious (two friends sharing a room). Unfortunately it was too cold for us to use the pool but the gardens were beautiful and we relaxed by the pool, had some wine in the comfy seating area and terrace and also played some pétanque! The food in the restaurant was delicious and plenty on offer at breakfast too. The staff were very accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely return!
