This was an exceptional hotel. There isn't one thing I can say negative about it. Really high end. Looked and smelt great. Food and facilities were fabulous.

Having stayed in a Westin hotel before I knew what to expect, high level of service and a quality hotel. Staff were very attentive and helpful offering a selection of rooms to chose from. The room we chose was very spacious and had a walk in wardrobe area with large luxury bathroom and separate toilet. The spa looked very nice although we didn't use it on our stay. My family and I travel a lot and mostly to 5 star hotels . this hotel had so many positive despite us visiting out of season April 15-22 2016 . they staff were very friendly and helpful and seemed to understand our English but not perfect in Translation but what they failed in translation they made up in effort . The facilities i.e. pool stunning and beautiful views of the sea and well managed gardens . they have 3 out door pools to chose from and the bottom pool was perfect for my 2& 9 year...

A mixture of old and new. Our room was very spacious with a balcony looking over a beautiful garden. We ate in the restaurant twice and the food was very good and reasonably priced.

This place was amazing N.B., beautiful and clean! What I loved about it is how helpful and efficient the staff were! They literally do everything to help you in this place! I highly recommend visiting if you have a chance! My stay was short but it was the absolute best!

We can't fault this hotel, we had a two night stay with a great room and an amazingly comfortable bed. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to lots of shopping areas and all the plazas with a great choice of restaurants and coffee shops.

Great location with regards proximity to the airport and centre of Valencia. The hotel itself is in a brand new condition with very friendly staff and a fantastic outside pool. Very reasonable bar prices and room service costs.

Definitely worth getting a room with a sea view ! The views are fabulous and the balcony is a lovely spot to enjoy the views and relax. Breakfast is definitely worth it. There was less of a fruit selection to our last visit which was a little disappointing. But it was still a great breakfast selection. The evening buffet included with the half board was delicious and a great choice for everyone. My only complaint is that there was no table water provided for dinner, whereas at breakfast this was...

We were happy with our stay here. The hotel is in good location for what we needed, nice walk to the river park and city centre, also walkable to the beach (probably about 35 minutes but we walked everywhere and not used transport at all). Good breakfast but could do with a bit more fresh veg considering fresh produce is sold everywhere in Valencia. I would happily stay here again.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. The rooms were very clean and the whole property was in very good order.

Nice hotel if you want to visit the city of arts and science complex, No Metro nearby so use the No.35 bus to and from the city centre. Busy road outside and a large surrounding residential area with some nice cafe and bars with mainly local people. Hotel staff are friendly and helped me order some tickets online. Room was small but had everything it needed, very clean and all staff were friendly that we came into contact with. The bar again is small but did a good Agua de Valencia. ...

During the 3rd day in spain, i was staying at the Hotel Tactica Valencia. after visit from Ibist compariably no doubt about the 4 star, room was better organized, clean and great amenities. it feels unfortunate that i only stayed one day, which was not enough to experience the hotel. but access to the hotel was great from Valencia, and for the value, the hotel was more than satisfactory. won't regret the visit.
