"The staff were very friendly but the restaurant was closed on Sundays which we were not made aware of before. The facilities are clean and comfortable though a bit dated. Really nice indoor heated pool and kids play area. Mosquito coverings on window not well sealed and the mosquitos were vicious…even in the spring. "

"It was easy to walk to the coast or old town center, or take a bus anywhere else. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a convenient and quick laundry service. The room was comfortable and clean although it was on the smaller side. Breakfast included a variety of food options and was reasonably priced (it was included with some reservations but not mine). Overall I had a great experience."

"Excellent hotel, very well situated for walking around the peninsula as well as close to both beaches (closer to La Mansa). But its on a quiet street so very quiet for sleeping. The staff is excellent, responsive and very helpful. The rooms are lovely. The safe in my room didn't work and finding the switch for the overhead lights was a slight challenge, but otherwise everything was perfect. I highly recommend the hotel restaurant! Breakfast was excellent, but dinner was also excellent! Fresh vegetables aren't common on many Uruguayan menus, so the fresh salads were especially welcome! "
