Great responsive service

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I did not know that it was a new hotel (opened only a few months ago). Everything was to a high standard. The food and service was great too. It was on sale on hotels.com and I believe that I got a four star experience for a three star price!

Brilliant all through out. I would go there all the time. But for long-term stay, it's a little pricey. However, with short stay. It is worth it.

The place has a large and safe parking the staff was helpful and the breakfast was hot and fresh

On business. Good location by the beach. Handy for amenities. Staff can't do enough. Unlike a larger hotel in Entebbe they sent the courtesy car to the airport. Very happy with the stay.

This is my second time staying at this property in four years. From 2022 until now, the device has remained unchanged. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend the property and return again.

Had no use of the internet as l was out most of the day. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Lots of food choices

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at arcadia suites and the staff were brilliant. I plan to visit again next year and wouldnt stay anywhere else. It was a lovely safe place to stay and really clean.

My wife and I spent a night here on arrival at Entebbe, and then another night here on our way back to the airport. We were met on arrival at the aiport and taken by car to the hotel - 10 minutes away. On our second night at the hotel, we made our own way to the hotel, but when we needed to leave a car was avaialable at the precise hour I had asked, and took us and our lugage straight to the airport.
