Staff is very professional, from introduction staff through the restaurant, beach and pool and the cleaning staff. The entire facility is well organized. Premises are well maintained and very comfortable (home at the beach). The resort and it's setting is wonderful.

Beautiful resort, very well maintained. Staff is polite and very welcoming. Restaurant is also very good. Excellent chef and good ingredients. Beach staff is outstanding - better than most 5 star hotels. Very private and pleasant property. All in the property is in good condition but some areas need an upgrade with general wear and tear - ie some older window frames in the room but not a big deal.

Truly lovely hotel, beautifully landscaped. The boardwalk to the beach is stunning, comfortable sun loungers, plenty of staff and a great beach bar. There are comfy seats and a firepit for the evening. The inclusive breakfast is excellent, many choices and options. The location means you will need a taxi in the evening for restaurants but that is no problem. We stayed for 2 weeks in a studio room, it was lovely. The bathroom was large and the bed was super king size. Would recommend.

From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, the resort and staff were absolutely amazing. We were greeted with a smile, cold towel and beautiful resort speciality drink upon arrival to then go through a swift check-in, a full tour of the venue and to then be shown to our room. The Atlanta is on one side and the Caribbean on the other. So beautiful. Food is delicious and staff were so friendly. Great included transport service to the cove. If you want spa services book early- we weren’t quick enough. But Yoga outside with that view was unforgettable.Will definitely dream of staying again!

Windsong resort was absolutely stunning and our room was palacial and welcoming and always very clean and sparkling. I loved all the staff, especially breakfast at the Pelago restaurant overlooking the beautiful crystal blue ocean. The staff were so friendly and caring and made our breakfast delightful! The Sibonne Beach hotel was just what we like. Small and peaceful, but perfectly adequate for a relaxing stay. It is right on the wonderful Grace Bay beach with lovely soft sand and a turquoise sea, perfect for bathing and relaxing. The restaurant at the hotel is first class overlooking the lovely beach. Staying at The Palms hotel was amazing. It was extremely clean, hard working staff, friendly staff, peaceful and calming environment. I would recommend.

I had the BEST experience here. Super convenient location. Super friendly staff. Frequent golf carts to take you to and from the beach. Room cleaning every single day. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone ! Also the staff are all so kind and helpful, they really go above and beyond. Thank you guys 💛

Great hotel . Lovely food at all of the restaurants and at all times of the day. Quiet and chilled with a family friendly crowd. Many of the facilities are Brand new or in great condition. The room was lovely. Only issue was towels and water requested to the room several times to no avail. Service in the Grill wasn’t the best and everything closes 10:30/ 11ish which was a bit early for us . I would def stay here again though .

Property was in a great location just off the beach and close to all amenities. Great restaurants nearby - Skulls with excellent frozen margarita's, Coco Bistro Vantruck with the amazing spicy taco's and Arancini balls at Moods. Hotel was great with welcome drinks, managers night, pool, hot tub and beach chairs, kayaks and paddle boards. Staff were amazing particularly Flo.
