This hotel exceeded every expectation. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The grounds were lovely, the beach was gorgeous, the food was delicious. The room had a full-size fridge, coffee pot, and dishes so we were able to make some small meals. We appreciated being walking distance from a large grocery store and multiple restaurants and our snorkel tour operator picked us up from the beach right out front. Looking at the other larger resorts along the beach I believe we had the best location and service.

Find out what floor your room is going to be on especially when you have older adults or children. Inquire if the only restaurant is closed for certain meals due to off season, this hotel was at a good price but because there was no breakfast due to the restaurant being closed for off season, we spent a lot of money on cabs. The money could have been spent at a hotel closer to the shops and with more restaurant meal options.

First time visiting Turks, and this resort did not disappoint! Here on my honeymoon and my husband and I absolutely loved how peaceful the resort was and the adults only pool. It was also not too far from the main area of town. And right by the beach! Loved it.

Excellent! We will definitely be back soon. Everything was very good. The only suggestion I have is that the room could use blackout curtains, as the sunlight comes through early in the morning and wakes you up.

This was a lovely spot for our family of 4, with great beachfront access. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was always clean, comfortable and cold. We had an issue with the TV when we arrived and they quickly changed it out. I loved that it is family friendly with kayaks and bicycles available to check out for free! We used them to grab somethings from the local store and venture out without having to pay for a taxi. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The resort was at the beach and Grace Bay was amazing. Having an umbrella, towels and beach bed was awesome. Restaurant was ok but pricey as do all of Grace Bay. Room was clean and everything was working. We booked the ocean view but was given a first floor ocean view and was blocked by the dunes so no ocean view. Resort was not fully booked so not sure why we didn’t get the higher ocean view room. Lesson learned. Resort was 20 mins walk from the main shopping strip and you’ll need a car or get a cab. Good for first timers at Grace Bay and if you have a tight budget.
